Burger and Pretty Lady masks - 10 gillion colours - litho
You want one, eh? They come packaged individually in neat little cellophane wrappers!

Oh, yeah, and they are wearable (note elastic peeking from behind the burgers)

This is the completed family portrait I posted some prelim work for a lil' while back:

ART POP

A poster I made for the Polaris Music Prize 2007 will be shown (along with the 9 others done by artists across Canada) at Notman House (51 Sherbrooke West, from October 3 to October 7, open everyday from 11am-7pm) as part of Art Pop. The Montreal Gazette wrote about Art Pop in today's "URBAN" life section, featuring a picture of yours truly in four-colour glory:

Pretty neat, huh?

There's no official vernissage for the Polaris Prize Posters show, but there will be for Wil Murray's show MACHINE MOLLE (curated by Marie-Douce St-Jacques ), which is happening in the same space. Be sure to check out his ultra-weird-punk-mind-melting tableaus:

"Sick, you say? The bloodstains in the whites of your eyes are painted there, and the sources for this paint are many: a feverish state, a chill or cold, light food poisoning, mood disorder, etc." Wil Murray's canvases illustrate the metamorphosis of a tirelessly functional machine. - Pop Montreal

His vernissage is Saturday, October 6 at 5pm - whine and chureze!

A coupla posters

I did this for the Polaris Music Prize 2007 . It is for The Dears, who are a nominee for the prize. www.polarismusicprize.ca

This here is a prize for The POP Montreal Jay Reatard show, it's a co-co-co-presentation by The Pirates of the Lachine Canal (SOUTH WEST WEIRD PUNX), Blue Skies Turn Black, and POP Montreal, curated by Phil666. It's like a triple-plus-one-handshake, if yer into that kind of thing.

PANDEMONIUM!

'Blogger' is now UN-blocked at work! woooooooooooooooooooooooo.

So, in sacrifice of productivity, here're some oldies that I'm digging up just because I CAN.

I think I posted this print a while back, but the link is broken. It's a four colour lithograph.

Lastly, Madame Veruca, in my sketchbook:

Awright, back to being the bestest secretary EVER (ahem).

These are a couple of prints I made a while ago, but just hadn't gotten around to scanning.

This is me, satisfied with a job well done. As you can see, photo-realism is totally my thing.

Hey there

I've started a drawing blog because it seems like a good thing to do.
